A Year of Growth and Community Impact
Over the past year, our classrooms continued to grow not just in size, but in purpose. From infants building security through routine, to preschoolers developing early literacy skills, to school-age students receiving academic support, each program played an important role in our shared mission.
Across the center, we supported hundreds of students and provided thousands of hours of tutoring and academic support, all while maintaining a learning environment rooted in care, structure, and respect. As we enter another year, we carry forward the lessons and momentum that made this growth possible.
Recognizing Center-Wide Growth and Community Impact
As the year came to a close, Spreading Childcare was recognized as a Top 10 Child Care Agency in Wayne County, based on recent Google reviews. This recognition reflects the experiences of families across our entire center—from early learning classrooms to school-age support programs.
For us, this acknowledgment represents trust. It reflects the daily work of our staff, the consistency of our routines, and the relationships built with families over time. Most importantly, it highlights the childcare growth and community impact shaped through steady care and meaningful engagement.
After-School Support: Progress Through Consistency
While the recognition reflects our center as a whole, our after-school program played an important role in supporting families throughout the year. As the school year progressed, students spent hundreds of hours engaged in tutoring, homework support, and structured academic time.
Through consistent routines and balanced scheduling, students received both the focus they needed to succeed academically and the flexibility to decompress at the end of long school days. This steady approach allowed progress to happen quietly but meaningfully, reinforcing the importance of structure beyond the classroom.
